Returns Policy

Returns/Exchanges

If you need to request a return or exchange, please send an email to info@elrodeostore.com with your Name and Order Number for instructions, and approval of your return. 

Return request must be sent to us within 10 days of delivery. Items must be in the condition it was received- unwashed and unworn and in original packaging, to be eligible for a return. Anything returned not following these guidelines are at the full discretion of El Rodeo, and may be subject to a restocking fee or return refusal. 

**Please note all Vintage items, Sale items, and accessories are Final Sale. Any items purchased during a Sale or with a discount code are eligible for exchange or store credit only.

Returns on orders that received FREE SHIPPING- if you are requesting a return on an item(s) and received free shipping, the original shipping cost will be deducted from your return.

If you'd like to exchange your item for another size, please email us to check exchange availability. 

Customer is responsible for all shipping and return charges. By ordering from El Rodeo the buyer agrees to these terms.
